When will my pre-order ship?
DualFro Ultra is expected to begin shipping gradually in September 2026. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We will also notify you by email if the estimated shipping schedule changes.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You may request a cancellation before your order enters the shipping process. Please contact our customer service team with your order number so we can assist you.
Does DualFro Ultra work with plant-based milk?
Yes. DualFro Ultra includes dedicated settings for plant-based milk. For more consistent results, we recommend using barista-style oat, soy or almond milk. Foam texture may vary depending on the brand, formula, protein content and starting temperature.
What type of milk produces the best foam?
For dairy milk, we recommend refrigerated milk with at least 3% protein and approximately 3% fat. For plant-based drinks, barista-style formulas usually produce more consistent foam.
Can DualFro Ultra make microfoam for latte art?
Yes. The latte-art programs and flow diverter are designed to create smoother, more pourable microfoam for homemade lattes and simple latte art. Results may also depend on milk type, milk quantity, starting temperature and pouring technique.
Can it make both hot and cold foam?
Yes. DualFro Ultra supports hot and cold preparation on compatible programs. Select your program, choose the desired temperature setting and press start.
What is the maximum capacity?
DualFro Ultra can heat and stir up to 17 oz / 500 ml. The maximum frothing capacity is up to 8.5 oz / 250 ml. Minimum and maximum fill levels vary by program, so always follow the markings inside the pitcher.
Which attachment should I use?
Use the frothing whisk for thick foam, heating and stirring programs. Use the flow diverter for smoother, more pourable latte-art microfoam.
How long does it take to prepare milk foam?
Preparation time varies depending on the selected program, milk volume, starting temperature and milk type. Some hot foam programs can finish in about two minutes, while larger-volume heating programs may take longer.
Are the removable parts dishwasher-safe?
The detachable pitcher, lid, frothing whisk and flow diverter are dishwasher-safe according to the cleaning instructions in the user manual. Always keep the power base and power cord dry.
How should I clean DualFro Ultra?
Remove the pitcher and attachment after each use and rinse them promptly to prevent milk residue from drying. Wipe the power base with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never immerse the power base or power cord in water.
Why does foam quality vary between milk brands?
Milk formulas vary in protein, fat, stabilizers and other ingredients. These differences can affect foam volume, texture and stability, especially with plant-based milk. Using refrigerated barista-style milk can help improve consistency.
