Standard Warranty
All Maestri House product lines are backed by a standard 1-year limited warranty commencing from the documented date of delivery. This baseline coverage protects against any functional defects or manufacturing faults under normal usage conditions.
We offer our customers the opportunity to double their protection. Customers can extend their warranty coverage to a total of 2 years by successfully completing the product registration form on our official platform.

Please note that the extended warranty is based strictly on the original order purchase date, not the date of your registration application. Both the activation and the total duration of the extended warranty are calculated from the official date of purchase.

Once the marketplace's initial service window (e.g., Amazon’s 30-day return/exchange period) closes, customers remain fully protected under the Maestri House Official Warranty Period (1 year standard, or 2 years if extended via registration). In such cases, please contact Maestri House Support directly for warranty claims.
Unverified Channels & Secondary Markets
Our comprehensive brand warranty applies strictly to new products purchased directly from maestrihouse.com or our official flagship stores on authorized marketplaces. Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or secondhand marketplaces are strictly excluded from our complimentary replacement service, and Maestri House does not provide paid repair or maintenance services for products from unauthorized channels.
