Warranty Coverage & Duration

Standard Warranty
All Maestri House product lines are backed by a standard 1-year limited warranty commencing from the documented date of delivery. This baseline coverage protects against any functional defects or manufacturing faults under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Extension Pathway (Extend Warranty)

We offer our customers the opportunity to double their protection. Customers can extend their warranty coverage to a total of 2 years by successfully completing the product registration form on our official platform.

Please note that the extended warranty is based strictly on the original order purchase date, not the date of your registration application. Both the activation and the total duration of the extended warranty are calculated from the official date of purchase.

Special Provisions for Gift Orders

Maestri House warmly welcomes customers who receive our products as gifts. To ensure gift recipients enjoy the same robust brand protections, we have established the following protocols:

  • Verification Criteria: Warranty eligibility for gift items is verified through the original purchase transaction. The recipient must provide the original marketplace Order ID associated with the purchase.
  • Mandatory Image Requirement for Gift Extensions: If you received a Maestri House product as a gift and wish to apply for the 2-year extended warranty, you are required to submit clear photos or videos of the physical product along with the extension request. This visual documentation serves to verify the item’s condition and authenticate the activation of your extended coverage.

Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

The Maestri House Warranty does not apply to:

  1. Commercial or Profit-Oriented Use: Products used for commercial purposes, rental fleets, business profit-generating operations, or any form of profiteering rather than standard personal use.
  2. Improper Operation: Damage resulting from operations that violate or fail to follow the official instruction manual during use.
  3. Cosmetic Damage: Including scratches and dents. Please note that cracked or broken plastic on ports and enclosures is excluded only if it is purely cosmetic; structural damages that compromise product safety or functionality remain covered.
  4. Consumable Components: Consumable parts designed to diminish over time, such as batteries or protective films, unless the failure is a direct result of a defect in materials or workmanship.
  5. Normal Wear, Tear, and Force Majeure: Gradual natural consumption, wear, and aging of the product. This also includes faults caused by improper maintenance, poor storage, user negligence, accidental damage (such as fire, liquid immersion, extrusion, or drops), or acts of God/natural disasters (such as lightning, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.).
  6. Lost Parts or Accessories Due to Human Error: Any loss of product parts, components, or accessories resulting from personal negligence or human error is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. Technical Review & Resolution Protocols

Diagnostic Turnaround
Our Technical Support Team will thoroughly review your submitted case and issue a formal response within 1 business day. We may initially offer remote diagnostics and troubleshooting guidance to resolve software or operational misunderstandings.

Authorized Resolutions
Once a functional defect is officially confirmed to be covered under our brand policy, Maestri House will execute one of the following remedies based on the specific circumstances:

  • Complimentary Replacement: We will dispatch a brand-new, identical product or provide designated replaceable components.
  • Alternative Reimbursements: In cases where a direct product replacement is unavailable, Maestri House may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative reimbursements (such as partial refunds via the original payment method), subject to the evaluation of the claim.

Platform Policy Integration & Eligibility

Authorized Third-Party Platforms
For Maestri House products purchased through authorized marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon and Walmart), our brand-level warranty operates in conjunction with standard platform policies.

Once the marketplace's initial service window (e.g., Amazon’s 30-day return/exchange period) closes, customers remain fully protected under the Maestri House Official Warranty Period (1 year standard, or 2 years if extended via registration). Service Scope and Limitations

Unverified Channels & Secondary Markets
Our comprehensive brand warranty applies strictly to new products purchased directly from maestrihouse.com or our official flagship stores on authorized marketplaces. Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or secondhand marketplaces are strictly excluded from our complimentary replacement service, and Maestri House does not provide paid repair or maintenance services for products from unauthorized channels.

Third-Party Protection Plans
Please note that supplemental protection plans or extended insurance policies purchased directly from Amazon or Walmart are independent financial products not issued by Maestri House.

  • Active Brand Warranty: While our official warranty remains active, Maestri House will handle your repair or replacement needs directly.
  • Post-Brand Warranty: Upon the expiration of the Maestri House coverage, claims must be directed to your third-party insurance provider. If your provider requires a formal "Proof of Warranty Expiration," our support team will gladly issue an official confirmation via email.
